Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

Pieces are individually made to order, especially for you! My current turn around times are 3-4 weeks on dresses plus shipping time, and all knits are in stock.

Unless otherwise requested, I ship using Canada Post air mail, or expedited shipping. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days in Ontario, 4-6 business days elsewhere in North America, and 5-10 business days everywhere else. If you need express shipping, please contact me for a quote. The buyer is responsible for paying all duty and customs fees.

What about returns?

Please contact me before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. I am more than happy to send out a colour swatch, or help with sizing to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

If your lovely new clothing just doesn't fit, or suit you, please let me know within 15 business days of the ship date, and we can work out an exchange. (with all shipping costs at the buyer's expense).

Please keep in mind, that because pieces are made to order, I am not able to make any changes to orders once they have been placed, and am not able to offer refunds.

Custom orders, and plus sizes are final sale (non-exchangeable).

Accessories (hats, gloves, scarves etc.) are final sale (non-exchangeable).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
