Items may be exchanged for another item or store credit. They must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.
Contact us within: 14 days of the ship date.
Items must be returned within: 21 days of the ship date.
We don't accept returns or cancellations
but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for:
-Custom orders
-Accessories: including gloves, scarves, headbands, hats
Conditions of exchange
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not offer refunds. All exchanges must be pre-authorized.
