We gladly offer exchanges Items may be exchanged for another item or store credit. They must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.
Contact us within: 14 days of the ship date. Items must be returned within: 21 days of the ship date.
We don't accept returns or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be exchanged Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for:
-Custom orders -Accessories: including gloves, scarves, headbands, hats
Conditions of exchange Shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not offer refunds. All exchanges must be pre-authorized.
We use Shopify to host our online store, and Shopify automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption.
On site payments are securely processed by Stripe, and we do not touch, process, or store any customer financial data. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Sizing may vary slightly by design, especially in larger sizes. To see the size chart for any style, click on the size chart link right below the size selection on the item's page. If there is any sizing differences between colours, this will be noted in the item's description.
